About Me

Hi there! I’m Sarah Kimball Grunblatt, a Chief Kindness Officer, Servant Leader, Polymath, Educator, and Missionary. But you can just call me Sarah.

I’m passionate about making a positive impact in the world, whether it’s through public health initiatives, community service, or simply spreading kindness wherever I go. With a diverse background in leadership, education, and public health, I bring a unique blend of skills and experiences to everything I do. Again, My name is Sarah Kimball Grunblatt, and I pour my heart into changing lives through faith, health, and education. Let’s create something amazing together!

Professional Background

I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations like TEAM KENNEDY, AMERICAN VALUES 2024, and the LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH – OFFICE OF PUBLIC HEALTH, where I’ve managed large-scale projects, led teams, and contributed to meaningful change. From overseeing a $50 million federal grant as a Program Manager to serving as a Pandemic Response Supervisor, I’ve honed my skills in strategic planning, logistics, and community engagement. My global perspective comes from mission work around the world, including refugee support in Turkey, an archaeological dig in Israel, and medical missions in Nicaragua and Mexico. With diverse expertise and a proven track record, I turn big ideas into reality.

Educational Qualifications

My academic journey is as diverse as my professional one. I hold multiple master’s degrees, including a Master of Theology in Christian Leadership (New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary), a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology (LSU Health Sciences Center), and a Master of Science in Healthcare Management (University of New Orleans). I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from LSU, where I was an Honors College student. My commitment to lifelong learning drives me to continually expand my knowledge and skills.

Personal Details

Born on Christmas Day, I’m a middle child with a knack for empathy and peacemaking. My best friend once called me a β€œhuman golden retriever,” which I take as a compliment! I’m also neurodivergent, navigating life with autism, ADHD, cPTSD, and rejection sensitive dysphoria. These experiences have shaped my perspective and fueled my passion for helping others.

Skills and Interests

I’m skilled in leadership, public speaking, data analysis, and strategic planning. I love working behind the scenes to perfect the details, and I’m obsessed with organization and color-coding. My interests include science, statistics, and Scripture, and I have a soft spot for chocolate (especially mint and chocolate) and dill pickles.

Beliefs and Values

I believe in truth, justice, and care. I strive to help every person I can, communicate effectively, and embrace lifelong learning. I also believe that one small gesture of love can change everything, and I’m committed to making the world a kinder place.

Achievements

Some of my proudest achievements include earning the Girl Scout Silver Award, raising over $25,000 in grants for my classrooms, and securing $40,000+ in donations for Team Kennedy.
